Designing What’s Next: Your PATH Forward

A live workshop for women who Know that something has shifted.

You may still be capable, successful, and fully in motion...and yet find yourself asking different questions than you used to.

What’s next?

Who am I without my title?

What really matters to me now?

Am I ready for a change...or just tired?

How do I figure this out before life decides for me?

If those questions have been quietly following you, this workshop was created with you in mind.

Live Workshop Thursday, June 18, 2026,

at 7:00 Eastern/6:00 Central/4:00 Pacific

Hosted by Judy Hoberman and Andrea Maizes

There comes a point when the questions get louder.

Not because you’ve failed.
Not because you’re done.

And not because the life or career you built was wrong.

But because something begins to shift.

For many women, this season does not arrive with a dramatic announcement. It shows up more quietly than that. A restlessness. A deeper question. A growing awareness that the next season of life cannot be shaped the same way the last one was.

You may still be leading, producing, giving, and showing up at a high level. From the outside, life may still look full and successful. But inside, you know something feels different.

This is not just a question about work.
It is a question about identity.
About purpose.
About timing.
About what still fits and what no longer does.
About how to move toward what comes next with more intention and less reaction.

You may know how to climb the ladder.                                                                                      But no one ever really taught you how to step off it with intention.

Too many women ask these questions quietly and alone.

This workshop was created to give those questions a place to go.

This is less about ending something...

and more about entering something.

A thoughtful framework

for what comes next

In this workshop, we’ll use the PATH framework to help you think more clearly and honestly about the season you are in and the one you are moving toward.

PATH offers four guideposts for women navigating reinvention, a meaningful next chapter, or the quiet questions that begin to rise when something is shifting.

  • P | Purpose

    What matters now?

  • A | Authenticity

What still fits...and what no longer does?

  • T | Time

What is the right pace for what comes next?

  • H | Human Connection

Who do you want around you in this season?

Together, these four elements create a more grounded and intentional way to approach what comes next.

Not with pressure.
Not with all the answers.
But with a clearer path forward.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

This workshop is not about having every answer by the end of one conversation.

It is about leaving with a clearer understanding of what is shifting, what matters now, and how to approach what comes next with more intention and less pressure.

You will leave with:

Clarity

A better understanding of the questions you are really asking and why this season feels different than the one before it.

Language

Words for what you may have been sensing, but have not fully named yet...around identity, purpose, timing, and what comes next.

Perspective

A more grounded way to think about readiness, change, and the difference between reacting to discomfort and responding to a meaningful shift.

Connection

The reassurance that you are not the only woman asking these questions, and the experience of being in thoughtful conversation with others who understand the season you are in.

A Starting Point

Not pressure to decide everything now, but a more intentional place to begin.

You do not need a perfect plan. You need a clearer path forward.

Is this workshop for you?

This workshop is for women who are not done...but know something is changing.

It is for women who have built meaningful lives and careers, and are beginning to ask deeper questions about identity, purpose, timing, and what comes next.

This workshop is for you if...

  • You have built a meaningful life or career and something feels different now

  • You are asking deeper questions about what still fits and what no longer does

  • You are not ready to disappear, but you are ready for a more honest conversation

  • You want space to reflect before making a major decision

  • You are craving more clarity, intention, and community in this season

This workshop may not be the right fit if...

  • You are looking for investment or retirement planning advice

  • You want a quick-fix motivational talk

  • You are not open to reflection, conversation, or deeper exploration

  • You want someone else to tell you exactly what your next move should be

This is a workshop for women who want to think more honestly about what comes next...

before the next chapter is chosen for them.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Two women. Two complementary perspectives. One deeply needed conversation.

Judy Hoberman

Executive Coach | Leadership Expert | Advocate for Women in Business

Judy Hoberman has spent decades helping high-performing women lead with more clarity, confidence, and alignment without losing themselves in the process. She understands what it means to build a meaningful career, carry significant responsibility, and then arrive at a season where the deeper questions begin to matter just as much as the visible success.

Her work helps women recognize what is shifting, reconnect to what matters, and move forward with more intention.

Andrea Maizes

Executive Transition & Reinvention Coach

Andrea brings deep insight into the emotional and practical side of reinvention. She helps women think honestly about retirement, reinvention, and what comes next before making moves they are not yet ready to make. Her approach is grounded, thoughtful, and especially attuned to the difference between depletion and readiness.

She helps women sort through the real questions underneath the change and begin shaping what comes next with more clarity and confidence.

TOGETHER

How PATH came to be

Sometimes the right collaboration does not begin with a strategy session or a carefully built plan.
It begins with recognition.

We had been moving in similar circles for a while, each doing our own work, each helping women navigate deeper questions around identity, purpose, reinvention, and what comes next.

But when we began talking more deeply, something clicked.

The more we talked, the more we realized how much we shared.
Not just in our work, but in our lives.
Our values.
Our experiences.
Our sense of purpose.
Our belief that women deserve more honest, meaningful conversations about what it means to build a next chapter with intention.

It was one of those moments when you realize this is more than a professional connection. There was a genuine sense of recognition, almost as if we had been circling some of the same truths for a long time and finally found each other in the middle of them.

At one point, we laughed and said it felt like we were sisters from another mother. And honestly, that is still how it feels.

What started as connection quickly became clarity.

We saw that the conversation women needed was bigger than either one of us alone. Women do not just need advice about what comes next. They need space, reflection, language, and community. A way to think about identity, timing, purpose, and possibility with more honesty and less pressure.

So we decided to create that conversation together.

That is how PATH began.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop is 60 minutes. It is designed to be a focused, meaningful conversation that gives you reflection, insight, and practical ways to think about identity, timing, and what comes next.

What if I do not have everything figured out yet?

You do not need to. In fact, that is exactly why this workshop exists. You do not need a final plan before you come. You simply need a willingness to reflect honestly on what this season may be asking of you.

What happens after the workshop?

This workshop is designed to stand on its own and offer real value. For women who want to continue the conversation more deeply, there may be an opportunity to explore a future mastermind experience.

What if I’m already retired?

The workshop can still be very relevant. The questions we explore are not only about leaving work. They are about identity, purpose, timing, connection, and what it means to approach your next chapter with intention. If you are already retired and still asking deeper questions about what comes next, you are welcome here.

You do not need to have it all figured out.

You just need a place to begin.

This is a space to pause.
To reflect.
